NACHARAL's original herbal ball is made by wrapping Japanese herbs, such as organic tea leaves from Shizuoka Prefecture, mugwort, mulberry leaves, and loquat, which have been cherished as ancient medicinal plants, in a cloth to form a ball. To use, wet it with water, steam it until warm, and apply it to tense areas of the body.

【How to use】
Fill a bowl with water and add a pinch of salt to make salt water. Wet the center of the ball with salt water.
2.Heat 1in a steamer for10minutes (or 2-3 minutes in a microwave) before use.Use directly on bare skin.
*Can be used approximately10to15times until the scent fades.

*Used herbal balls can be reused without waste by putting them in the bath for a herbal bath, or by removing them from the cloth and using them as fertilizer in your garden.
[Precautions for use]
・Immediately after heating, it is hot, so please use a towel to avoid burns.
・Herbs may stain, so please use a towel that you don't mind getting dirty. If wearing clothes, please be careful about the color of your clothes and underwear.
・If you have allergies to the ingredients, please refrain from using.
・If you experience any discomfort during or after use,please discontinue use.
・If a used herbal ball is stored at room temperature, mold may occur. After use, please store it in a Ziploc bag or similar in the refrigerator and use it up within approximately 1 week to 10 days.
・When heating in a microwave oven, if there is not enough moisture, there is a risk of ignition.
・The remaining bath water from putting the herbal ball in the bath cannot be used for laundry due to the possibility of color transfer.
