Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods on our site:

Credit Card

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

Google Pay

If you are browsing with Google Chrome, you can pay with your Google Pay account.

On the payment screen, please select Google Pay from the express checkout options.

Apple Pay

On iPhone, iPad, and Mac, you can use Apple Pay to pay on the web in Safari.

On the payment screen, please select Apple Pay from the express checkout options.

PayPal

You can pay using the credit card, debit card, or bank account (direct debit) registered with your PayPal account.

Bank Transfer

After completing your order, please transfer the total order amount to the designated bank account.

Please note that the bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery is also available.

Please pay the delivery person in cash upon delivery.

Due to system limitations, the COD fee is not displayed in the total payment, but a COD fee of 330 JPY (tax included) will be incurred. Please be aware of this in advance.

Shipping and Delivery Fees

Courier Service

　Delivery Company: Japan Post
　Delivery Time: 3-5 business days from order
　Shipping fee is 800 JPY (tax included).
　Shipping is free for purchases of 5,000 JPY or more.

For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, an additional 300 JPY will be added to the standard shipping fee.
For remote islands, additional relay fees may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before shipping.
Please note that in some cases, the shipping carrier may be changed to an equivalent carrier without prior notice.

　Shipping is free for purchases of 5,000 JPY or more.

Click Post can be used for up to 2 "SHIZUOKAMOISTURE BATH POWDER" items and up to 3 "Botanical Facial Mask C" items.

Cancellations

Please note that, as a general rule, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to customer convenience after an order has been placed.

For cancellations before shipment, please contact us via the inquiry form. Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped.
