5. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information

The Shop will acquire personal information appropriately and will not acquire it by false or other illicit means.

6. Security Management of Personal Information

The Shop will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to its employees to ensure the security management of personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information. However, the following cases do not fall under the provision to third parties specified above:

8. Disclosure of Personal Information

When the Shop receives a request from a customer for the disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves, the Shop will disclose the personal information to the customer without delay (or notify them that such personal information does not exist). However, this shall not apply if the Shop is not obligated to disclose personal information by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

9. Correction, etc., of Personal Information

When the Shop receives a request from a customer for the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") of the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, on the grounds that the personal information is untrue, after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves, the Shop will conduct a necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and based on the results, will perform Correction, etc., of the personal information and notify the customer of such action (if a decision is made not to perform Correction, etc., the customer will be notified of that decision). However, this shall not apply if the Shop is not obligated to perform Correction, etc., by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

10. Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information

If the Shop receives a request from a customer for the suspension or deletion of use (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") of their personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, on the grounds that their personal information is handled beyond the scope of the publicly announced purpose of use or was acquired by false or other illicit means, and if it is found that there are valid reasons for such a request, after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves, the Shop will perform Suspension of Use, etc., of the personal information without delay and notify the customer of such action. However, this shall not apply if the Shop is not obligated to perform Suspension of Use, etc., by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

11. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies

The Shop's services may use cookies and similar technologies. These technologies help the Shop understand the usage status of its services and contribute to service improvement. Users who wish to disable cookies can do so by changing their web browser settings. However, if cookies are disabled, some functions of the Shop's services may not be available.
