Our formulations, which prioritize gentleness on the skin, have received high praise from guests with sensitive skin and male guests alike, with many guests choosing to purchase them after their stay.
In addition, the "Shizuoka Botanical Mask" used in our treatments envelops the entire body in the exquisite fragrance of tea, creating a deeply relaxing moment where you can savor the world of "tea" with all your senses.

In creating such a space, amenities that directly touch the guests' skin and hair are also an important part of the experience. NACHARAL's products, which eliminate unnecessary elements and are gentle on the skin, softly harmonize with our concept of "balancing mind and body."
