NACHARAL is a Japanese tea beauty brand that brings the power of Japanese tea to modern life in the form of beauty products.

Representative Natsuko Hayashi has accumulated experience in diverse beauty-related fields, including hands-on experience at aesthetic salons and hotel spas, as well as product planning, marketing, and writing.
Her encounter with Japanese tea, prompted by a stay in Shizuoka Prefecture, led her to deeply confront the potential and challenges of Japanese tea through interviews and research with tea industry professionals, researchers, and producers.

Through interactions with tea producers and researchers in Shizuoka Prefecture, she focused on the fact that components in Japanese tea, such as catechins and theanine, not only offer health benefits but also have the power to maintain healthy skin.
By integrating her cultivated beauty knowledge with research insights into Japanese tea, she launched NACHARAL with the aim of establishing a new field of Japanese tea beauty.

NACHARAL plans and develops skincare and bath items, primarily using tea leaves from Shizuoka Prefecture, with a focus on the background and quality of the raw materials.
In addition to being adopted by resort hotels and spas, the products are also offered as professional items for salons.

Furthermore, leveraging her expertise as a Japanese Tea Instructor, she is involved in activities that convey the value of Japanese tea as a culture and accurate knowledge about it.
Emphasizing "beauty that utilizes local resources" and "monozukuri (craftsmanship) that nurtures the mind and skin of users," she promotes the new possibilities of Japanese tea both domestically and internationally.

Grew up surrounded by her grandfather's Fuyu persimmon orchards in the mountainous region of Gifu City.
Graduated from Kanazawa University, Faculty of Law.
